Hempfield Area High School used to have one of the premier scholastic football programs in Western Pennsylvania. It produced top-quality players.

The accomplishments of its teams and of players who went on to major-college football and the NFL were honored on a Wall of Fame in the Hempfield locker room.

That Wall of Fame has since been painted over and the Hempfield team has struggled in recent times, winning just nine games over the past four seasons. CLICK HERE

Planning to Attend?

Help us make 55th Class Reunion a huge success!

Remember that promise to be Best Friends Forever? (… just can’t bring myself to say BFF.) Whatever happened to the Class Clown, the Jocks and the Brainiacs? You’ll never find out unless you help spread the word about the reunion and encourage people to attend! Watch This Space for more information in the near future.

If you think that there is a strong possibility that you may be able to attend our 55th Reunion, please indicate that by clicking on the "Register Online" button below and indicate yes or no and how many people may attend. That's all there is to it.

This registration is merely an indication as to who may or may not be able to attend and provide us with a tentative head count for planning purposes. It is not the actual event registration. Send an email to Georgie Gavatorta) Myers at CLICK HERE.

Missing Classmates

It actually turns out that most of us have not kept in touch with anybody. And despite good intentions, many of us have not attended past reunions, either. However, it's likely that you have kept in touch with at least one person, and chances are that they kept in touch with someone else. The Reunion Committee is counting on your networking ability to help get the word out and track down our missing friends. To keep the cost of the reunion low, we’ve decided to rely on electronic communication such as email and this web site. Missing classmates. If you know where any of these elusive people are, please e-mail Georgie (Gavatorta) Myers and give us any clues you can.
